Refund policy

We established these guidelines to make sure you understand our return and refund policies. These regulations apply to the nation of India. 

We appreciate your decision to purchase from Shop-Uni. Our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. To learn the requirements and steps for starting a return, please carefully review our return policy. 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Note- We do not accept returns on electronics and glassware.

 

 


Return Request Period: Please file a complaint within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise if you would like to return it. Requests submitted after this time frame might not be approved. 

Damaged goods: Please send us an unboxing video that demonstrates the damage if you receive a damaged goods. In order to evaluate the issue and offer the proper support, this evidence is essential.

Missing Items: Please provide an unboxing video showing the remaining items if any are missing from your order. Please let us know within 48 hours after delivery. We will investigate the matter and, if verified, provide a reimbursement for the missing item or items.

Exchange for Wrong Product: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for both returning the item and the replacement if you ordered the incorrect product by accident. For further information on how to complete the exchange, please get in touch with our customer service department. However, if you are claiming that you did not receive what you have ordered, in that case you also need to share with us the unboxing video of the product.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for qualified returns will be handled according to the following standards: 

a. Damaged or Defective Products: We will start the refund procedure as soon as the given video confirms the damage or defect.


b. Missing Items: You will receive a refund for the missing item or items from your order if we are unable to deliver them.

 

Refund Procedure

We will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied when your return has been received and examined. Within seven days of approval, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. 

After placing an order, the products typically take longer than seven days to arrive. After the date of receipt, it should be seven days.

The return will only be handled if:-

1) The product was found to be undamaged while in your possession.

2) The merchandise is identical to what was sent to you.

3) The item is sent back undamaged.

4) The customer needs to record the unboxing.

Note:- Only unused, undamaged products in their original packing, along with the receipt and invoice, are eligible for a refund. We will only reimburse you the agreed-upon payment once the product arrives at the location.

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, you must notify our customer service if you believe it is not what was advertised on the website or meets your expectations. After investigating your complaint, the customer service team will make the necessary conclusion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
